Mini caprese skewers

Ingredients for people
20 yellow cherry tomatoes
20 red cherry tomatoes
10 slices of prosciutto
1 package (150 g) of Zottarella Minis Classic
1 package (150 g) of Zottarella Minis Basil
20 basil leaves
20 wooden skewers
3 tbsp. olive oil
Coarse salt, pepper

Mini caprese skewers
  1. Wash the tomatoes and dab dry. Cut the prosciutto in half lengthwise. Drain the Minis. Wrap the prosciutto around the Minis Classic. Wash the basil and dab dry.
  2. Skewer 1 yellow and 1 red tomato, 1 Mini Basil and 1 Mini wrapped in prosciutto as well as 1 basil leaf garnish onto the skewers. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper.
