package (150 g) of Zottarella Minis Basil

- Wash the tomatoes and dab dry. Cut the prosciutto in half lengthwise. Drain the Minis. Wrap the prosciutto around the Minis Classic. Wash the basil and dab dry.
- Skewer 1 yellow and 1 red tomato, 1 Mini Basil and 1 Mini wrapped in prosciutto as well as 1 basil leaf garnish onto the skewers. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper.
