It's so easy with the Zottarella Roll
Pre-heat oven to 200 °C with top and bottom heating.
Peel the potatoes, wash and grate coarsely using a grater. Season with salt and pepper and let stand briefly. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into six wedges. Drain and slice the Zottarella Roll.
Press the moisture out of the potato mixture. Heat plenty of clarified butter in a non-stick pan and fry 12 small röstis in batches. To do this, place the potatoe mixture in the pan by using a tablespoon, flatten and fry on both sides for about 3 min. Remove and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Place the tomato wedges and Zottarella slices on the rösti and bake in the oven for about 5-10 min.
