Ingredients for 4 people
1 package (125 g) of Zottarella Ball Classic
4 pork fillets (about 130 g)
Salt, pepper
Mild paprika powder
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
4 slices of cooked ham
1 tin (236 g) of pineapple slices
1 tbsp. chives cut in rolls
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 °C with top and bottom heating.
  2. Drain and slice the Zottarella Ball. Wash the pork fillets, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with hot oil on each side for about 2 min. Remove and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  3. First top with ham, then the drained pineapple and Zottarella slices. Bake in the oven for about 15 min. Sprinkle with chive rolls and serve with a salad, if desired.
