Baked chicken stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 people
600 g chicken breast fillet
200 ml milk
800 g waxy potatoes
2 red peppers
3 shallots
6 tbsp. sunflower oil
Salt, pepper
1 package (250 g) of Zottarella Roll Classic
Mild paprika powder
Wheat flour for rolling in
  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, cut into thin slices and place in the milk. Chill.
  2. Peel and wash the potatoes and slice into thin slices. Wash the pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and white inner skin and roughly dice the halves. Peel the shallots and dice as well. Heat 4 tbsp. oil in an oven-proof pan. Fry the potato slices for about 10-15 min. constantly turning. Add the shallots and peppers, salt and pepper, and fry for another 5 min.
  3. Pre-heat the oven broiler.
  4. Drain and slice the Zottarella Roll. Remove the meat from the the milk, dab dry and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Roll in flour and fry on all sides in the rest of the hot oil. Add to the fried potatoes, top with Zottarella slices and bake in the oven for about 5 min.
