Ingredients for 4 people
750 g green asparagus
2 tomatoes
1 package (250 g) of Zottarella Roll Classic
Salt
Sugar
Butter for the pan
8 slices of prosciutto
Pepper
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 °C with top and bottom heating.
  2. Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the ends. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, slice and cut the slices in half. Drain and slice the Zottarella Roll.
  3. Cook the asparagus in a pot with plenty of water with 1 tsp. of salt and sugar and cook for about 5-10 min. depending on thickness, until tender crisp. Drain well.
  4. Grease a casserole dish. Divide the asparagus into 8 portions, wrap in prosciutto and place in the dish. Place the tomato and Zottarella slices on top, salt and pepper lightly. Bake in the oven for about 7-10 min.
