It's so easy with the Zottarella Roll
Pre-heat oven to 200 °C with top and bottom heating.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and slice them. Wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Drain and slice the Zottarella Roll.
Cut the flat bread horizontally in half and spread herb butter on both sides. Top the bottom half with Gouda, ham and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Zottarella slices and spring onions and place the upper bread half on top. Press down a bit. Wrap in aluminium foil and bake in the oven for about 15-20 min. Take out of the oven, cut into pieces and serve warm.
