1 package (250 g) of Zottarella Roll Classic 8 slices of cooked ham Salt, pepper 3 eggs Wheat and breadcrumbs for rolling Clarified butter for frying
It's so easy with the Zottarella Roll
Drain the Zottarella Roll and cut lengthwise into 8 thin strips. Place one Zottarella strip on each slice of ham, season with salt and pepper. If the strips hang over the ham cut off the ends, place inside and roll up.
Whisk the eggs. First roll the ham rolls in flour, then dip them in the eggs and finally roll them in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step.
Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown.
