Ingredients for 4 people
50 g arugula
2 medium sized pears
40 g walnuts
1 package (250 g) of Zottarella Roll Classic
3 tbsp. light balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. walnut oil
3 tbsp. cranberries from a jar
Salt, pepper
  1. Wash and dry the arugula. Wash and quarter the pears. Remove the core and cut into thin wedges. Chop the walnuts. Drain the Zottarella Roll and cut into thin slices.
  2. Arrange the Zottarella slices and the pears on a large platter and garnish with the arugula and walnuts. Mix the balsamic vinegar, walnut oil, cranberries, salt and pepper into a dressing and evenly spread/scatter/sprinkle over the carpaccio.
