Ingredients for 6 people
500 g frozen, ready-to-use prawns
1 package (250 g) of Zottarella Roll Classic
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 large tomato
6 iceberg lettuce leaves
2 green onions
3 sprigs of coriander
1 garlic clove
10 g ginger
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
3 tbsp. crème fraîche
Wasabi paste
Sugar
6 hamburger buns
  1. Thaw the prawns according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain the Zottarella Roll, cut into 12 slices and marinate in soya sauce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into 6 slices. Wash the salad leaves, dab dry and tear into pieces.
  3. Wash the green onions and cut into rings. Wash the coriander, shake dry and remove the leaves. Peel the garlic and ginger and chop. Using a blender, mix together the prawns, green onions, coriander, garlic and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Shape 6 burgers from the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the burgers in the pan for about 6-8 min. on both sides. Mix wasabi with the crème fraîche, depending on the desired level of hotness, and season with salt and pepper. Bake the buns according to the package instructions, cut in half and spread the cream onto the buns. Top with salad, tomato, burger and Zottarella slices. Cover with the top bun half.
